1. What is the PAMOS Advantage?

3. What are your charges, if I am a new customer?

Service charges apply depending on location and printer models. Please call 03-6272 7607 and we can give the best quote

4. How quick is the response time?

Usually within 4 hours. If it is Kuala Lumpur, we will respond within 2-4 hours. Usually, for first time customer, we will make an appointment on the agreed time to attend at your premises

5. How long does it take to repair my printer?

We will restore the printer within 24 hours. We keep an inventory of parts and component. 

6. Can Pamos give a loan unit ?

Pamos will perform all repairs on-site. No problem is too difficult for us. We will repair your printer usually within 24 hours. Therefore, a loan unit is not necessary

7. In addition to Kuala Lumpur, can Pamos come to Sepang?

Yes, we can. In fact, our best served areas are in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Shah Alam, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya,Sepang.

8. Do you charge again for  different problem occurring on the same printer?

No, you only need to pay once on the first diagnosis. No service charge on the same printer within 1 month

9. Is repair warranty also 1 month?

Any repair has a 3 months warranty. That means you do not need to pay if a follow up repair is done within 3 months

10. How will I know what parts were replaced?

The advantage of on-site repair is that you can witness all parts replaced. We are delighted to explain the repair process on-site

11.If I repair the same printer more than once, how will I know what parts have previously been replaced?

We can provide you a log of the service undertaken. We can also provide you with a login ID and password to access our CRM website to view the service log of the printer. 

12. Can I know the total amount I have spent on my printer repairs and maintenance?

With the Login ID and Password given, you can view the total cost of the printer services, repairs and maintenance. We can also print the service log and email the report to you when requested.

13. Apart from printer servicing and repairs, what does Pamos do? 

Pamos is a Laser Tech specialist. We supply Toner Cartridge, Laserjet Printers with zero maintenance. 

14. Apart from service, can Pamos do preventive maintenance ?

Yes, Pamos is registered with the Ministry of Finance and has serviced government ministries since 1999.
