What is zero maintenance ?

Zero Maintenance is more than product warranty covered by the manufacturer. Product warranty covers any defect in a product. You need to call the manufacturer or their service centre to log in a call. They will interview with a series of question to determine that the product is faulty. Usually, it takes up to 30 minutes to log in a call. Then, either the customer has to bring the printer to the service centre or HP tech will come to check and verify. There is usually a warning that, should it be found that the problem is due to users's fault or normal wear and tear, they have a right to levy a charge for call-out fee.
